Fundamental Bible Preaching in the Pee Dee Region

The Pee Dee region of South Carolina has a rich heritage of fundamental Baptist churches. From Hartsville to Florence, from Darlington to Lake City, there are congregations of believers who love God’s Word and want to hear it preached faithfully.

What is Fundamental Preaching?

When I say “fundamental,” I mean preaching that holds firmly to the foundational truths of the Christian faith:

• The inspiration and inerrancy of Scripture - The Bible is God’s Word, without error
• The deity of Christ - Jesus is fully God and fully man
• The virgin birth - Christ was born of a virgin as Scripture teaches
• The substitutionary atonement - Christ died in our place for our sins
• The bodily resurrection - Jesus rose physically from the grave
• The literal return of Christ - He is coming again

These are the fundamentals that I preach and stand upon.

Bible-Centered Messages

My preaching is expository — I take a passage of Scripture and explain what it says, what it means, and how it applies to our lives. I believe God’s Word is sufficient, and that faithful exposition is what churches need most.

Serving the Pee Dee

I’m based in Hartsville and serve churches throughout the Pee Dee region. Whether your church is in Florence, Darlington, Timmonsville, Lamar, or anywhere else in the area, I’d be glad to come preach if the Lord opens that door.

If your church is looking for fundamental Bible preaching, contact me to discuss how I might serve your congregation.
